Students and teachers also have access to programming, robotics and four 3D printers to aid learning, exploration, creation, and creativity.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at ISD
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are important foundational values at ISD.
We, as a community, are committed to providing quality educational opportunities that challenge the members of our school to learn more about themselves and each other with the aim to unite everyone in peace and understanding.
At ISD, everyone in our community is heard, respected, and valued and this is reflected in our curriculum, events, activities and initiatives. Listening sessions and engagements on how to grow our cultural competency as a group have resulted in equitable and fair practice across the school. We believe that flexibility and compassion can make a world of difference as we try to navigate life together.
ISD is a place to access the collective knowledge of the world through the time and place of 21st-century Africa. ISD as a global school rivals any other international school in scope, perspective, and intentional diversity with over 115 nationalities in our school community. We go far, together.
