ISD Athletics
Athletics are a vital part of our supportive ISD community. Many secondary students participate in our sports teams, building teamwork and sportsmanship that extends beyond the school day.
We follow a three-season schedule with experienced local and ISD teacher coaches. Throughout each season, our teams compete against local clubs and schools, culminating in an invitational tournament. Our traveling teams also participate in WAISAL events.

ISD Jaguars
We are the Jaguars, and through our Athletics program, we cultivate in our players determination, courage, sportsmanship, confidence, and care. Our Jaguars have team spirit and school pride. They represent ISD in Dakar and worldwide, traveling for WAISAL and on other school trips.
Our athletes compete against some of the best sports clubs in Dakar and are reigning champions in many sports within the WAISAL league.
The ISD Athletics and After School Activities program allows students to try different sports, find their passion, cultive their skills and flourish. With top-of-the-range Athletics facilities and technology, ISD supports students in following their athletics dreams.
