A Call for Experts to Inspire Our Grade 5 Exhibition

Dear Community Members,

We are entering an exciting phase in our Elementary academic calendar as we prepare for this year’s Grade 5 Exhibition. The Grade 5 Exhibition is a culminating project that showcases students’ ability to engage in in-depth inquiry, collaborate, and take meaningful action on issues that matter to them. It is an opportunity for students to apply their learning across subject disciplines, develop critical thinking skills, and demonstrate their understanding of global and local issues. Through this process, they take ownership of their learning journey, guided by their curiosity and a commitment to making a positive impact on their world.

This year, the exhibition is more open-ended, allowing students to explore a transdisciplinary theme of their choice.  The journey begins with our Tuning In Week on February 24th, and we invite you to be part of this meaningful experience. We would love for you to share your passions and expertise with our students. We invite you to contribute by responding to the prompt: "I’m passionate about…” or “I express my passion by…"

Your involvement could take many forms—sharing insights, resources, or participating in interactive discussions with students. If you are interested in participating, please fill out this Grade 5 Exhibition Expert Interest Form with your area of expertise and how you would like to contribute.

Grade 5 students will be presenting their learning to the community on May 6th and 7th, and we would love for you to come.

Your participation not only enriches our students’ learning but also strengthens our community connections. Together, let’s inspire and guide the next generation of thinkers, creators, and change-makers.
