In 2020, we began working with Revolution Prep, a U.S. leader in K-12 academic and test prep tutoring, as an additional resource to support our ISD families. They offer a lot of free resources to our community such as presentations and webinars and free full- length practice tests, which we will be offering this February, as well as a dedicated SAT Prep course for our students leading up to the May SAT Test. In addition, they can help our students with academic tutoring, including the IB, and have experience supporting students with learning differences and executive functioning skills challenges. They offer complimentary academic and test prep consultations and a variety of practice exams at any time to our community, as well as need-based scholarships toward their small group SAT or ACT prep courses, and toward their Homework Help program, which allows students 6-12 to drop into live office hours with their full-time professional tutors during nights and weekends to ask questions about any academic subjects or test prep. (Not all sessions may not align with our time zone.)
If you have any questions, please come see us in the high school counseling office or contact our Revolution Prep Liaison, Jeanette Brink, M.Ed, at 001-708-300-9276 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
